Founded by Abby Bengtson, a licensed cosmetologist and tattoo artist, the studio is a reflection of her creativity, dedication, and passion for helping others feel their best. Abby’s journey began with a strong foundation — four years of college, followed by tattoo school, and now graduating from cosmetology school in Sioux Falls. Her well-rounded education and hands-on experience have shaped her into a versatile artist who understands both the technical and creative sides of beauty. At Rouge & Radiant, Abby offers a variety of services including hair care and color, skin treatments, nail services, and small tattoos. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where clients can relax, express themselves, and leave feeling radiant inside and out. For Abby, Rouge & Radiant isn’t just a name — it’s a promise to help every person discover their confidence through personalized care and artistry.
